- Generate new business through networking, referrals,, and lead follow-up activities.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
